We walked into the store a couple days ago and were looking to spend a couple hundred dollars for a gift. None of the ladies came out but rather just pointed to where we needed to find some gold earrings. When we went to look at the diamond ones the lady, who was at that area, had that shelf under the counter open and was ignoring us as she kept putting items on the shelf. I went in tonight to buy a gshock watch. A young girl obviously in training served me. I paid for the watch and another lady in the store helped fill out the warranty, then they had to set the watch, which they said neither had done before. They asked Pam the other sales assistant to help as she knew how to do it, she replied I'm serving someone else....fair enough.
