Very, very poor service across this company. , the store in Castle Hill and mgr Lisa and head office. I purchased 2 rings. Around 2k worth. They needed resizing. I got them back as they then became a special order. They were still too big. Each store I took them to advised I would have to pay for a resize.. no.. the error was done by sales staff in Baulkham hills store. Went there looking for a couple of birthday gifts, as I noticed they had a sale on. A woman who worked there, walked in before me, looked at me and walked off. Stood at the counter and I heard her say I think SHE needs help. Sounded like because I wasn’t wearing a my Chanel suit, I didn’t deserve to be served. So a sales woman wanders over (looked like she was half asleep).
