Proud moments is a god send! Everything from the office staff to the BCBA (Ashlea Pizzarelli) and BT (Caitlin Branco) that come into my home have been stellar and my child has made amazing progress since starting therapy. I don’t know where we’d be without the trained loving individuals we are working with from Proud Moments. I would highly recommend to anyone who’s thinking about ABA therapy.
Had the worst experience. Was assigned an under qualified BT. Requested a new one and it took over 3+ months to even get a possible replacement to then have our BCBA also be replaced in the process. This was the final straw for us when we decided to leave the company. It’s hard enough for your child to make a connection with family let alone their therapist. To then have a favored BCBA removed that they have a connection with. It was heartbreaking. Proceed with caution when using Proud Moments ABA in Toms River.
