My son has been going here for about a week, and he loves it and so do I. They’re very organized and communicative, which I really appreciate.
If I could leave no stars I would! My kids started this place in June and I’ve had problems ever since recently my kids started school and had to move to the afternoon schedule my daughter has been out of ABA since September and my son the beginning of October and they still haven’t reached out to me with new techs for neither child… I would LOVE to speak with the bigger bosses and HR if I could.VERY unprofessional
I have 1 soon to be 2 children attending this location and have loved it since we began. My daughter went from having no words to being able to communicate with some words and picture charts. The RBT and BCBA love my child as if she were their own. It’s a giant play date but in the end there’s progress being made. They’re very open with communication and at the end of every day provide a daily log similar to what you’d see from a daycare. My experience with Proud Moments in Glen Burnie has been absolutely amazing. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, patient and they go out of their way to help your child. My child loves being there and he is thriving. He amazes me everyday with something new that he has learnt at Proud Moments. I am so grateful for this program and all of the wonderful people that work there.
My daughter(age 4), has been attending for just about 2 weeks. The process has been lengthy, but the communication is effective all the way. From the moment we took a tour, my daughter was comfortable and eager to be there. The manager Kylee, even took the time to hire the right tech to meet my daughter's specific needs. Thanks to the team!
