We never got a start date. 4 months of waiting and there was barely communication to keep us updated on where they were in the process. I had to send multiple emails and leave voicemails and keep calling to get a response. I ended up just looking for other places for my child.
my daughter has been with proud moments since march and they’ve been life changing for not only my daughter but our family. my daughter is thriving here at proud moments and i couldn’t be happier to have such a loving, caring staff to work with my little girl everyday!
My son has been attending Proud Moments since July, and it has been a truly positive experience. Each day when I drop him off, I feel confident knowing he is in good hands. The staff is consistently friendly, understanding, and supportive. I also appreciate the open communication provided after every session. I’m grateful to have found such a dedicated and caring environment for my child.
