We have enjoyed our experience at this ABA center and are grateful for the care and support our daughter has received here. Her technician, Jen, is absolutely amazing. patient, kind, and genuinely invested in our daughter’s progress. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands each day. We’ve really enjoyed our experience with Proud Moments so far. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. We absolutely love our current therapist. She has been the perfect fit for Mason, and I truly hope she stays because he has made so much progress with her. We’ve seen increased eye contact, fewer maladaptive behaviors, and he genuinely loves coming to therapy. Overall, Proud Moments has been a great fit for our family.Â
This place I thought was good, there has been no change in my daughter’s condition and she has been going to them over a year. Staff is unreliable and don’t seem to know what they are doing, they need more professional not people who take classes. Do not send your child here this place is a joke. If I could give them no stars I would!!Â
