If I could give a 0 star I would! Extremely Disappointing and Concerning Experience at Proud Moments ABA – Coors Location** I would **not recommend Proud Moments ABA at the Coors location in Albuquerque** based on our experience. We trusted this company with our children, and unfortunately, that trust was seriously damaged. During a parent observation of our son, we witnessed his technician, **Anastasia (“Stas”)**, answer her personal cell phone **more than once** while she was supposed to be providing therapy to our child. ... read more
We were recommended by my son's psychologist, and I'm so glad we went! Everyone we've met has been super sweet, and my son's tech is beyond amazing with him. 10/10 would recommend 😊
Well, it's being a journey, and I gotta say proud moment's. ABA was the best choice I made for my twins. They're about to graduate this month. And I'm so happy and excited. They made it through, Don't get me wrong. There's been ups and Downs for them. everybody, there has been amazing to them to us as a whole family...Thank you, Andrea, Britt, Paul Stass, Kaylee, Derek and Jennae. All of you guys were amazing. I'm going to miss you all
From our very first intake we felt like they truly cared and listened to what we wanted and needed. They have helped my son and as a parent they helped me on how to handle certain situations. Everyone there is very friendly and they provide a safe environment for when I leave him there for therapy. They are well-organized, communicative, and truly make families feel heard.
