If you want an expert in the field, Joe is your guy. We had received a few quotes from other companies for an A/C replacement before reaching out to Joe and it was a no brainer to go with proud heating & air. He was thorough and explained all the "whys" behind the decisions. Other companies out there just want to turn a profit but not this company, they really care about their customers and what's going to be best long term. Cheapest price and best service. i had to replace two water heaters and that job was done quickly and efficiently. While they were working on that i asked them to take a quick look at a leaky toilet. That toilet was originally installed wrong years ago and the situation rapidly turned into mission creep. The guys from proud stayed late to start the additional project and were back early the next morning to finish. The cost of the additional work was very reasonable. i would use them again for any project.
