SCAM! I must assume this is a scam business, but i don't exactly understand their business model. I called for them to help me, since per google maps they are nearby - i guess you can't trust google maps blindly. Call center was friendly - took $150 and assured me they would have an electrician over in the next 3 hours. Of course 3 hours passed. Then followed approx. 5 hours of bogus ETA's and never once has a contractor contacted me, although every time the call center assured me they would have them contact me immediately.... read more
