THEY DESTROYED MY ROOF!!!!!! And now they’re giving me the run around about repairing the repair!? My property and furniture is destroyed from the roof and the rain. I came home from a work trip and this is what I find. Now I’m also having electrical issues. Then they told me NOT to contact my insurance company, which is very shady. I’m contacting my lawyer.
I have used Protractor for two jobs and I can’t recommend them enough. They are reasonably priced, quick to respond and extremely professional. Katie, Nemo and their entire team communicate regularly and set expectations accordingly. You will not be disappointed in their work.
Protractor has professionally renovated, repaired and reroofed our home in 2020. They also reskinned, rebuilt decks and walkways and painted our entire five story condominium building on Pearl Street in Austin, TX in 2010.
