Are very unprofessional and rude. They take your application fee when they know you work for a staffing agency. They were tell you it's not a liable source of income, but then tell you depends on how long you are with them. been with Joliet staffing for over 2 years. They only staff WCD Trader Joe's. I am a supervisor and being hired on. This is not liable income? How is working at let's say kohl's. 1 yr with kohl's something at anytime can happen and you lose your job. These people are working on the roof. There's a hole in the roof, no one is wearing masks. We do not kniw the exact projectory of transmission. I was told to call the Governor's office and stay in the house. So I have pictures and plan to help Protown make the news. I recommend, do not rent from this place. Moving in less than two weeks.
I filled out an application with these people, they denied me because of my “rental history”. My rental history goes back 10 years and is good! They didn’t even call my landlord, while their houses sit empty and I need a place! Bs!
Over paid on the application because I did not realize they don’t allow co-signers and they refused to refund the extra money I paid. The money is an application fee for processing and a background check which was never done so they just stole $30 from me for no services done and no signed application to process. They also only accept Section 8 people but will take your money for the application before turning you down, they DO NOT care if your a veteran. They are terrible slum lords. I have an entire experience to share but I am working on the I-Team to investigate them.

One of the area shysters Poorly managed company that doesn’t follow their own rules I’m not a tenet and I’m glad I wasn’t re-approved for a rental. Even though I exceeded their requirements. Jan didn’t like being called out on her bs so they rejected the application
