I just moved into my new Pro Town Home and I am very Happy. When you submit an Application, you have to be patient. The Applications does take several days to process and there will be many people looking at the same property to rent. It did take a few weeks, but I am happy I "Waited it Out" and was approved for a very nice home. I had found a few issue's with the home once I moved in and ALL problems were addressed. Marcie

Protown, after a five year lease without even one late payment (Even during the pandemic) charged us for carpet cleaning and painting. Both of which should have been normal wear and tear. The carpet was so worn the unit should not have been rented in that condition, actual holes in one room, long streak of discolor in the living room, and carpet strings showing in the bedroom. The girl I talked to always a little rude to me when she called to ask for proof of confirmation about viewing the property. I explained I checked in and viewed the property and even applied already. Under circumstances, I need a place for me and my son and we even offered to pay full year of rent up front in cash. They ended up excepting someone else anyways. After reading the reviews, I definitely feel they pick and choose who they want amd who they know.

Something told me to come to the review section on any website to see what kind of company this was and my gut never lies! 1st off, pro-town will not let you apply to multiple properties even if you have a separate application for each one. 2ndly, you have to view with a mass of people very quickly without getting proper Q&A about the unit. 3rdly, after viewing one time you can only apply to whatever you seen. Are very unprofessional and rude. They take your application fee when they know you work for a staffing agency. They were tell you it's not a liable source of income, but then tell you depends on how long you are with them. been with Joliet staffing for over 2 years. They only staff WCD Trader Joe's. I am a supervisor and being hired on. This is not liable income? How is working at let's say kohl's. 1 yr with kohl's something at anytime can happen and you lose your job. Over paid on the application because I did not realize they don’t allow co-signers and they refused to refund the extra money I paid. The money is an application fee for processing and a background check which was never done so they just stole $30 from me for no services done and no signed application to process. They also only accept Section 8 people but will take your money for the application before turning you down, they DO NOT care if your a veteran.
