I had wanted a one time “pre move-in” cleaning. There was a checklist that they said they went through and I was very excited to not have to do a deep clean while trying to move. I was very disappointed when I saw no real difference at all. They were there for at least 3 hours and the only room I could tell had been cleaned was the master bathroom. I have used ProTouch for about 8 years now and they have done an excellent job. Laura and Mel are fantastic! They even do special touches with my Kleenex and toilet paper .Thank you !
Hired to deep clean. Was quoted a price based on owner expected time to complete the job. The job would have matched what the owner quoted, however, the 2 female cleaners sent out were beyond slow. It was like watching a movie played in slow motion. They didn't complete the job, but we paid for full job! 1 cleaner spent an hour in a small bathroom and the floor is still dirty and the tub is still dirty. The windowsills were poorly cleaned.
