Unprofessional Behavior by Dr. Ferrell I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Ferrell and his office. My father, who has Parkinson's disease, was told that they could help him, but when we followed up, Dr. Ferrell was incredibly rude. During a phone call, he hung up on me without any explanation. To make matters worse, he told my father that they do not help Parkinson's patients, despite previously confirming they could assist. When you enter Dr. Ferrell's practice, you will see he is an active clinician, constantly learning and growing. I was referred to Dr. Ferrell by a good friend and I’m glad we made the connection. He addressed my knee pain and helped me get back to running when it was painful to walk. On top of being one of the best at what he does, he is also a really good person.
Dr. Ferrell has been an amazing help! He has done great at not just adjusting, but also making sure I have exercises to help build up my own body to support my body healing and becoming stronger. He has many different tactics to find the root of the pain instead of just targeting the symptoms.
