I had a terrible experience at Pro Top Nails. This was my second visit and my first visit was ok only because they were doing a full in. This time I requested a removal and to do a full site along with pedicure. I asked for my nails to be done a specific way, and the result was unacceptable. When I calmly asked for it to be fixed not removed, not discounted the staff became upset.
