I understand that the salon may have a busy clientele, but that’s no excuse to rush through my service. I requested a full set with French tips. No offense to the technician, but it felt rushed—my hands were left with several hangnails. I asked for a higher curve on the French tip and was told it would cost extra, which I was completely fine with. However, instead of giving me the curved French tip I requested, she just added lines on the sides, which wasn’t what I wanted.

Horrible! I wanted something simple for my nails and it came out bad, plus she didn’t even tell me to wash my hands after filing down, buffing and adding my fake nails. On top of that, she kept fussing with me. Super rude, did not listen to what I wanted for my manicure. This is my second time coming here, and I will not come back again. It's a hit or miss with getting your nails done here. Don’t come here!!

Horrible! They had me soaking my feet without the jets even on for 40 minutes before someone came to me. They were rough with the pedicure. My mom and I got a basic manicure with just regular nail polish and I can squish into the polish even though it’s been 7 hours since I got the nails done.

I came in for a basic pedicure with regular nail polish, but the technician named Long repeatedly tried to upsell me on additional services. Even after politely declining multiple times, she became noticeably cold and started making comments and laughing with the other staff. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me not to return.
