I had a terrible experience at Pro Top Nails. This was my second visit and my first visit was ok only because they were doing a full in. This time I requested a removal and to do a full site along with pedicure. I asked for my nails to be done a specific way, and the result was unacceptable. When I calmly asked for it to be fixed not removed, not discounted the staff became upset. Service has declined over the last two years. Nail techs ignore your request and pretend to not understand when you speak up. Prices change every visit (2-3weeks). I will say there are a few techs who are consistent but they usually have their regulars scheduled. Will not be returning after the new year too many bad experiences.
I absolutely love this nail salon! I always come back.
