UF health proton therapy institute supports my family financially, emotionally and physically. The staffs, RN nurses and all the doctors are so friendly and supportive in the process of the treatment
This place was amazing - not only the technology but the qualified and caring staff - techs, nurses, doctors, everyone. I appreciated that they posted info on whether or not the gantry was running ahead of schedule or behind on the web, so I would know when to arrive. Most of the time they were on time or ahead of schedule. And, they called me if I wanted to come in at an earlier time because they were running ahead of schedule! My husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer in May of 2024. As with most people, his first reaction was to have the cancer removed.
