The staff at UF Health's Proton Therapy Institute are STELLAR. They made a not-fun process much more doable with their support, friendliness, kindness, and patience through the entire process. The lobby was also a wonderful space for my family and I to be in while waiting for treatment or while I was back in treatment. They have a great kids space and activities such as art therapy and guest musicians made it a place that we didn't mind being in. The staff was professional, friendly and attentive to my needs. They made me feel as thought my care was important to them.
Everyone here was friendly, professional, and patient with my questions including the receptionist and technicians. Dr. Bradley and Kari were exceptional. They helped me with a problem that was more due to surgery than radiation. No one wants to have to be here, but its a comforting place to be if you are being treated for cancer.
I had 28 day treatment that went without a hitch. My Dr. gave me his personal # and would reply within mins. The results are beyond amazing as are the people at UFHealthProtonBeamInstitute.
Excellent Patient care. I would like to appreciate it to everybody from the security guard, front desk lady, all technicians and special to the doctor Bradley and Kari RN.
