Fixed my AC compressor in February and it went out again by May. Then the dudes abandoned the shop and left the country. Said new owners are coming or something. Clearly from other reviews these guys are facing legal action from multiple people and have decided to run. Avoid this place at all costs.
Originally this place seemed legit. I took my BMW 428i to get an axle and bearing replaced. The price was very reasonable and customer service was great. A month later I take my car into BMW and they show me an inspection video where you can clearly see a major differential leak coming from the axle installed by Promotiv auto. I called the shop and did not get a response. Being that more damage could be caused to a differential with low fluid I did not have an option but to have BMW fix it for me. I took my Subaru to the dealer and they quoted me $1,800 for brakes and some not needed fluid change. Justin was very helpful and installed high quality brakes and did the service for over $600 less than the dealer. Car runs smooth, thank you Justin for a job well done.
They did great work and were very nice and got things done really quickly. I will be going back for sure.
