WOW! We were referred to Protocol Plumbing by a friend of ours and what a great referral it turned out to be!! I called on a Friday and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman who after listening to my problems, offered to send someone out that day! I wasn't prepared for an appointment that quickly, so we settled on the following Monday at 8:30 AM. Horrible experience with this company. Met with sales rep Kathy in their showroom and was very excited to pick out my fixtures. The most important things to me was having a touch start kitchen faucet, and I have two faucets in my kitchen (3 total with laundry room). Kathy priced everything out and sent it to me. I went to pay and the ACH function on their system wasn’t working. Due to this delay, I started researching prices on the internet. I had an issue with a backup in a basement unit of a rental home. I called Protocol Plumbing and Erich/Owner came over and immediately got down to business and snaked out the 60 year old sewer line. He was able to remove the clog and everything in the upper unit flowed down the line and was completely back to normal. Another time I called Protocol and had an issue with a bathtub drain backing up in another rental unit.
