A special thanks to Erich and Zach from the Protocol Plumbing team for resolving my kitchen waterline issue in such a timely manner. I had an issue with a backup in a basement unit of a rental home. I called Protocol Plumbing and Erich/Owner came over and immediately got down to business and snaked out the 60 year old sewer line. He was able to remove the clog and everything in the upper unit flowed down the line and was completely back to normal. Another time I called Protocol and had an issue with a bathtub drain backing up in another rental unit. WOW! We were referred to Protocol Plumbing by a friend of ours and what a great referral it turned out to be!! I called on a Friday and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman who after listening to my problems, offered to send someone out that day! I wasn't prepared for an appointment that quickly, so we settled on the following Monday at 8:30 AM.
