I had an issue with a backup in a basement unit of a rental home. I called Protocol Plumbing and Erich/Owner came over and immediately got down to business and snaked out the 60 year old sewer line. He was able to remove the clog and everything in the upper unit flowed down the line and was completely back to normal. Another time I called Protocol and had an issue with a bathtub drain backing up in another rental unit. I have used this company for many years. They are prompt, do excellent work, and are reasonably priced. Today Zach fixed my leaking kitchen faucet and did other plumbing tasks -all in one hour. He was efficient and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Called them today. They had someone in the area. He showed up in about 30 minutes. Was professional, friendly, and efficient. He fixed the issue I called about, and fixed something my wife was worried about, and also fixed two issues that have been driving me nuts for a few years. I found the price per hour to be acceptable, and the technician, Zack, to be professional and top-notch. I will definitely use them again when and if needed.
