Frank is a terrible General Manager that proports to be a “professional” with decades of experience. I got phantom charges 3 years after my last service that randomly stopped in the middle of the term. Trash pest control, trash customer service, trash convenience.
We use Protex at our office & I use them for my home! They are very responsive and helpful! This summer I had a few roaches move in the house and they made it over asap! I use them for a quarterly treatment!!
They are so great!
We've been using them for pest control at our house for over ten years. They come consistently and have good prices. I rarely see roaches in my house, so that makes me very happy.
