Their inspection was very detailed, and in addition to confirming issues I was able to detect myself, revealed numerous structural defects I was totally unaware of. Do not waste your money with ProTek. Extremely displeased with the integrity and professionalism, let alone services provided by ProTek. Very noticeable, significant and subsequently expensive flaws were missed. Hind sight, don t hire ProTek, hire someone for each-- roof, furnace, electrical, etc..., the cost would have ultimately been cheaper that way too. I will never refer this company. Disappointed doesn t even begin to describe my experience.
