Diane did a great job taking my information and setting up my account over the phone. She was very patient with me as I struggled to upload my two IDs over the phone and sign my rental agreement over my phone -as I'm not very tech savvy. Overall, she was professional, courteous and patient.
The Customer Representative, Rose who assist me in my Rental Agreement was very kind and helpful in securing all the details where provided. I am happy to have the service of storage and know that the willingness to assist me is freely offered. This gives me peace of mind that they are available to being accessible in time of need.
Linda was extremely helpful and took her time to answer all my many of questions.
