I called Protective Solutions five hours before picking up my parents from the airport. A pipe broke in the bathroom and flooded out my bathroom and son's room, they showed up in 35 minutes. The plumber they contacted for me showed up 10 minutes later. By the time I came back from airport, they cleaned up water and set up drying machines. Protective Solutions billed my insurance directly and even installed new carpet in son's room. Pleasure working with a outstanding company.

Phillip with Proective Solutions came out and cleaned up my sewage backup. Phillip and his staff was very professional, courtesy, clean, and efficient. Don't know what I would of did without Protective Solutions help. Would recommend to all my friend.

This company came out last year and cleaned up the mold growing in our daughter's room. They did a fantastic job and now, she no longer has breathing issues when she sleeps at nite!
