They had the wrong name and address for the beneficiaries. We have tried to get it corrected many times. I have been hung up on so many times to start the phone call loop over again. I was told a manager would call, I have yet to receive a call from them. You need to read in between the very fine lines when trying to decide how to receive benefits. Not professional, I would not trust my money to go to these people who cant even get a name or address correct.
Total bait and switch. This company is a joke and put us through tons of worthless stress. My wife and I are both in perfect health, on no medications and not even slightly overweight. We don't smoke, drink or any such thing. This company actually doubled the advertised and at first offered rate to my wife because she has dealt with anxiety in the past and saw a counselor one time. She was never diagnosed with ANY problem, never put on medication, etc. Then they demanded I go to a dermatologist because of a note in my record... read more
