Our experience with PCS was absolutely terrible. Our first polished metallic epoxy floor was covered in defects (about 90% of the floor) and the customer service was absolutely awful. Our first floor was installed in December 2019 and the second floor was finally installed in June 2020. The communication and follow through is awful.
