We went in today to get a 10x15 unit and were served by Noah. He was very professional and clearly explained how renting our unit worked. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Engaged in a good conversation and it wasn't just small talk and awkward silence. We wish you the best of luck in college, thanks for helping us out! 🤙

Very nice and super secure! Special shout out to Noah, I had tried using a third party website to book, but it did not apply a discount so he helped me get that refunded and got a great deal. There were also a few minor hiccups as a result of using the third party website that he was able to work through in a super professional and kind manner. Would for sure recommend again!
Protection Self Storage was great helping me get all set up with my unit. I live in a nursing home, and I have put this move from my prior place off, for 5 months. It was all too difficult and I had little help packing and preparing for the move. I always talked with Ben or Sean every time I called or received text reminders. I am happy I chose PSS over all the others. Thank you!!!
