Straight forward, honest and helpful employees, and no hidden fees. Would use again without thinking twice.
Shout out to Matt & Shawn for the outstanding customer service. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to accommodate to our needs. They both answered our questions and were very friendly, while Shawn provided the walkthrough and the breakdown of the units size and capacity. Thank you again for your time, generosity and service.
These guys are scummy. Read the other bad reviews and you'll get the idea. You'll be hit with a bunch of charges beyond the base price. Insurance that isn't optional, can only use a lock they'll sell you, etc. We had a payment method expire and our auto pay didn't go through. We got a lien notice crazily fast. Also a stupid amount of late fees in that same short span. I think the monthly rate we signed up for was $90 per month, and our most recent bill was $223. Just ultra scummy. Can't really put it any better than that. ... read more
