I needed an upgrade to my existing security system so I called Protection Plus. Mike came by and assessed what I needed and the work was scheduled for the upcoming week. Techs Aaron and Terrell arrived and went right to work getting the system changed over. They both kept me updated on what was happening and were polite and very professional. Excellent Customer Service!!!! Residential alarm installation staff is very courteous and professional.
Excellent customer support (somebody actually answers the phone if your call!),and, the technician installing our new Protection Plus system was efficient, on time, and polite.
I called protection plus after a break in for them to come and reconnect and upgrade an existing system. Steve Ali came and did an excellent job. He arrived early, was very professional and had my security system functional in no time. I would recommend Protection plus for any security needs
