Julian provided excellent service! Very knowledgeable, efficient and professional.
My experience with them has been nothing short of a rip off. They had quoted a system for me and I added the camera system. From day 1 their camera didnt work properly. There was no motion detection and they were unable to figure out why. Their sales person specifically told me not to worry and they'd fix the issue for me. NOPE they did not. Then they want to charge me for fixing a issue that they had not resolved to begin with. That was one requirement for the camera, that it should be able to detect motion. Total rip off. ... read more
