I called in for a service call due to some erroneous alert from our keypad. He provided excellent service. He was very courteous and very professional. He paid particular attention to our issues and concerns and made sure they were all addressed. Being in customer service oriented environment myself, if all of you are like our customer service rep I am really glad to have selected Protection 1. Thank you again for the excellent services.

On Nov 30th 2013 about 10:30 AM a protection One employee called me to ask if I wanted to send Police to my home. The alarm was sounding off several doors were opened. I said yes. send them. because of the great work of the employee. I was able to recover 98% of my personal belongings & my truck that they had stolen. Please thank the employee for me I am so gratefull for a great job! I really appreciate it. The employee deserves recognition for his fast thinking to call me & the police, Thanks again.

Our technician has been with us for many years. In fact, if not for him, we might have changed companies, but we didn't want to lose him. Also, as a whole , we have been very satisified with Protection 1!
