I do not recommend this company. I didn't have the same cost issues as other reviewers; my pricing was reasonable. But they have terrible customer service and are unwilling to "fix" anything without charging you extra, even if their "fix" doesn't actually solve the problem.
Do not use this company. Hidden charges!! It costs $750 to remove the system. We were told it costs $25 to have a technician come to our house and another $45 to replace the batteries in the system. Beware. Long contracts also.
Terrible customer service. About six months ago a salesman came by offering to switch to protection1 because they're a local company which would mean a faster response and I can keep the same payments. So I opted for a doorbell camera for an additional $5.00 and they said that they would contact my current service provider to make the switch.
