Unfortunately , I can't find local agents to service the system. No upgrades are offered. No local technicians. Get visits from salespeople who don't know how to make offers or offer upgrades to the system
They handle my home alarm and no problems so far.
We had it for almost 3 yrs but had to cancel our service. The alarm would go off for no reason or not go off when it was suppose to. Also the person who installed broke our front door frame and they never fixed it. Be very careful with this company. I wouldn't recommend it.
If there is one worst company to ever exist on this planet it is protection 1. No accountability and no responsibility. All they want is money and they will never care even if there is a problem at the building. Please be aware that this company is the worst company when it comes to customer service. This is a warning to every one not to have any association with this company. If anyone wants to throw money away please give it to charity but not to this company.
