I never had a problem with service until ADT bought Protection One out. I had an appt where the technician was scheduled to arrive between 9 - 11 a.m. ADT called at 9:30 indicating the Tech became ill after reporting to work; thus they'd have to schedule another appt another day but they'd have to call me back within an hour to arrange the appt as their computers were down.
