He constantly communicated with me through out the process informing of the status and what to expect next. Since we moved to our current residence in San Marcos, we have had nothing but problems with our roof. Then we called Protecta Roofing and their team of experts. Jhonny, our project manager was very helpful, kept communications open and made sure the project finished on budget and on time. Johnny is great. Saw the issue from my point of view and gave me multiple options and helped me work through those options. The communication was great and handled my requests professionally. The FaceTime call was the cherry on top. I appreciate a seamless project and the FaceTime call helped in not having to be at the site personally. Great guy and great service.
