Horrible company, In appropriate sales tactics. Told me my monthly Bill would be 27+ tax. Upon installation it came out to 52+ tax. When the system was installed, the technician only supplied 2 door sensors when i have 3 doors. I informed him multiple times that i had 3 doors. Took him 2 hours to install a panel on the wall that already had power access and lines. Installed unnecessary equipment. Also did not know what i had originally requested. It was a complete mess. DeVuan the sales associate/installer arrived on, was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the ADT products. He explained everything thoroughly and ensured I understood it. DeVuan was neat and kept the work area clean and orderly. He didn't rush, answered all my many questions and kept a pleasant attitude and smile the entire time he was here. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
Overall very pleased with the technician who installed the system. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Our only disappointment was that a thermostat was not in stock. We were advised we would receive a call when they became unavailable.
Never call this company if you are looking for outdoor cameras worked for them for 5 years this company is built on lies they will tell you its 2799 a month and all your cameras are free its not they sell indoor wireless cameras theres a $299 activation and $229 a camera and 58.99 a month
