Haven't heard back from them in 3-4; weeks don't waste your time on the most expensive non service
If I could give less than 1 star I would! This company is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with by far. I set up my service with ADT-Protect your home after someone burglarized my spouses and my vehicles. We literally had just moved into the neighborhood two weeks prior to this happening. I was told i have up to 30 days to cancel my service... FALSE. I had 3 days. The Technician was the best. He was so professional in describing all the details of the system. So easy to understand. He did a Awesome Job with installation. We would highly recommend ADT. Could not be happier. Thanks So Much! ADT is the best!
Nick was awesome with my 80 year Mom!!! She loved him he was patient and helped her understand the system before he left . She bragged on him!!!!! Need mire like this special guy!!! Done right!!
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They are scam artists. They send a technician out who is hugging my 87 year old mother and treating her like she was his Grandma, while lying to her. He stated several times they have a 30 day cancellation policy.. She is unable to work this system, is scared by it, and is not using it . After a few weeks, she decided to cancel, thinking she had 30 days. Made the call only to be SHOCKED it was a 3 day cancellation policy.
