ADT is a scam. Stuck in a 3 year contract with a system that constantly malfunctions. ADT charges 70 dollars just to have some incompetent technician come into your house and pretend to fix the problem. That is, if they don't generate some additional charges for any work actually required to fix the issue on top of the 70. Total scam. Just get a dog instead.
This company is TERRIBLE. They don't tell you that for $70 per month, you have very limited video recordings, you can NEVER reach customer service, and when you do- they want you to pay for a service person to come out. I've had them for about a year, and I cannot wait until my 3-year contract is over. I will NEVER give them my business again. I went a long distance to find that this company was longer at this location. I therefore called the company to voice my opinion and all they said was sorry for your inconvenience. So much to say for s security company
Not happy with this ADT it is not what it seems .. horribleness overload ! The cameras ONLY record approx 10 sec then it is off and when you try to view again it doesn’t allow you to access it. I will switch to a better company and better customer service…. Looking for recommendations please!
