Our installer was terrific. She arrived on time and worked cheerfully and capably to address our security needs and wants. We feel very good about our ADT experience so far.
Our technician Scot was great! He was friendly, knew his stuff and efficient. He listened to what we wanted and never pressured us into something we didn't feel was right.
