Possibly the worst, most disrespectful company I have ever dealt with. Their business model is to scam people into 3 year contracts and then never let you go. They must have a play book when customers call, to leave them on hold for as long as humanly possible. So bad, stay away.
We've been loyal customers of ADT for over four years. For the past eight months, we've been doing a massive renovation at our house that includes major structural changes on every floor of the house. Contractors and subcontractors have been propping exterior doors open, ADT sensors have gotten ripped off walls and lost or damaged, and smoke and CO detectors have been destroyed due to excessive construction dust. Terrible experience with ADT service company for 3 years. This companies customer service is an absolute joke. ADT came in our home removed our carbon detectors and we later only found out through the local fire dept. After speaking with manager Ron Lauz he insured us that it was a mistake and would fix the issues free of charge. Absolutely the worst service and the company is a ripoff. I had been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Our service was having issues starting back in back in 2021. We made several attempts to reach the office with no response. They continued to bill us knowing we went months without a reliable and working alarm system. You want to have your home safe from any intruder or accident you call so they can fix your problem they send you a technician to fix the problem it turns out that the technician makes the problem worse. when you talk to adt customer service they all give you different information which you come to realize that they lie to you and they are not consistent in the information they provide you which makes you think that they lie to you in everything too many ads on tv for a disastrous service Good luck if you have ADT terrible s... read more
