Absolutely impossible to cancel. Call them on the phone and the office you dialed will not accept or correct your information. They have multi-tiered service centers that do not talk with each other. Your calls get shuttled around to different offices and by the time your are worn out trying to explain your issue over a period of many hours, nothing is done. They overcharge and lie about monthly payments. The cameras don't work and they don't show up when you schedule installation with them
Worst customer service ever, they mailed yard signs twice to the wrong address and now I cannot get any because we have reached our limit per year even though we never request any. Also they sent them to our previous address where we no longer get service, and yet it is listed as our service address on the customer website. What kind of clown runs this company?
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS JUST RIDICULOUS! I WAS WITHOUT SERVICE FOR 2 MONTHS DUE TO MY PANEL NOT WORKING AND THE REP ADVISED ME THEY COULD NOT SEND ANYONE OUT. I WOULD HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT MYSELF ALONG WITH DIRECTING ME TO THE NEAREST RADIO SHACK STORE TO TRY PURCHASING A NEW BATTERY TO SEE IF THAT HELPS. Equipment is mediocre at best. Horrible company, drain you every chance they get. No one you talk to on the phones actually knows anything. They make false promises. DO NOT USE THEM!
