Worst customer service ever, they mailed yard signs twice to the wrong address and now I cannot get any because we have reached our limit per year even though we never request any. Also they sent them to our previous address where we no longer get service, and yet it is listed as our service address on the customer website. What kind of clown runs this company?
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS JUST RIDICULOUS! I WAS WITHOUT SERVICE FOR 2 MONTHS DUE TO MY PANEL NOT WORKING AND THE REP ADVISED ME THEY COULD NOT SEND ANYONE OUT. I WOULD HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT MYSELF ALONG WITH DIRECTING ME TO THE NEAREST RADIO SHACK STORE TO TRY PURCHASING A NEW BATTERY TO SEE IF THAT HELPS. Equipment is mediocre at best. Horrible company, drain you every chance they get. No one you talk to on the phones actually knows anything. They make false promises. DO NOT USE THEM!
Poor camera quality. Customer support won't answer their phone to fix 1/3 camera recording features. Also the control panel lags real bad and have to push several times to get it out of sleep mode. All around terrible quality and no support
