The installation went well. The technician explained everything thing well. An the appointment timing was on point. Now just have to see will everything work right in case of Intruder.. Good Service..

I just had the service installed last week, and the technician (Matt) was very confident and explained all our options that was available about the system. He did a professional job. He was very patient installing the system because of connectivity, for the lack of telephone towers in our area. He took extra time to make sure my wife and I knew how to operate our new system and answered all our questions.

The technician/installer was very knowledgeable and friendly, did a great job explaining and installing our new system, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. My one issue is that when I contacted ADT to schedule an upgrade of our existing system to a wireless one, I was told that our existing equipment would be removed. The installer informed me that he could not disconnect and remove the existing master panel as an electrician was needed for that, so we still have a large box in one of our closets that we ... read more

We LOVE ADT! I called in late one evening to request service and they were there to install it the next day by 11 AM. The technicians were all knowledgeable, professional, and AMERICAN! You get a live person on the phone almost immediately. There's no transferring between departments. The discounts in auto and home owner's insurance for having an alarm system almost pay for the system. The technology is wonderfully convenient!
