Recently had a mattress protector from these guys fail and stain my mattress. The process once I found the correct manufacturer was 100% hassle free; they sent out a replacement protector and arranged for the mattress to be cleaned professionally within a couple of days. There was absolutely no delay throughout the process at all.
Nice shop but wasted our time. They don't sell to the public. How hard is it? Not very.
Takes away the feel of my plush bed i bought from omf Dandenong also hear it when moving in bed,do not like it at all too noisy
