Protechs was hired to address water damage in my office. Protechs set up drying equipment on July 3, closed the door, and left the equipment running until Monday, July 7. The employee who placed the equipment placed a hot fan directly towards my office plants, and it ran with the door shut for four full days. When I returned to work, my plants were near death. After what I saw yesterday afternoon in the Kroger on State parking lot, I REFUSE to hire a company that permits their employees to use a company vehicle during a crime (a male employee viciously attacking a female and friend in the female's vehicle and then chases after her IN THE COMPANY VEHICLE). NO THANK YOU! I WILL NOT HIRE ANYONE who employes violent criminals!
People make a business. Protechs staff was helpful, flexible and friendly at all levels. They were there for me immediately after the fire to the return of all possessions which were duly accounted for. They worked with the insurance companies which was confusing at times. They worked with me as I changed my mind after learning my choices. Protechs earned the 5 star rating in all areas. Thank you.
