We brought our 2010 Suzuki SX4 to Carlos at Protech Transmission suspecting transmission and/or transfer case problems. Carlos quickly diagnosed the problem and found the transmission badly damaged and in need of rebuilding. He was happy to show us the damage he found and explain the work needed to get our car back on the road. Despite a long wait for the needed parts, we were very happy with the end result and would highly recommend Carlos and Protech Transmission.
Carlos saved me and my car. The brand new transmission at a fair price was installed making my car feel brand new. Honest, and stuck to the price he quoted. Couldn’t have asked for better service
