This is a follow-up to my original Google review (posted below). I’ve now filed a claim against Ehrlich in small claims court in the Fairfax County (VA) General District Court. This is a follow-up to my Google review (posted below) in which I described how Ehrlich, despite my annual contract with them, failed to address an emergency situation. Horrible experience with Ehrlich. We have an annual contract. On a Saturday morning, my wife was stung by a yellow jacket when she walked out the front door. Besides the sting being painful, her arm turned red and swelled up. We then discovered a yellow jacket nest right outside our door. We called Ehrlich. After waiting on hold for nearly an hour, a customer service rep finally picked up. I’ve been a customer for several years and have always had a great experience. My technician (Mike) is professional and shows up on time. He takes the time to explain what services were done.
