Prompt and professional. Went above and beyond to make sure the flooded basement was well mitigated and safe. Highly recommend. Tony, Frank and the entire crew were very easy to work with during a stressful situation.
My husband and I purchased a home as is. It came with some water damage& mildew/mold. We called Protech along with others after we closed on the house. I usually don't leave reviews but I had a small sewer back up in my basement over a week ago and I called Protech the minute the sewer line was rodded out at 830 PM. They were busy due to a lot of flooding occurring in the Chicago area but the company called me back right away, made time to come out and give me an estimate and started the clean up immediately!
