I guess I have to give a star here but that is being generous. Technician Michael came out and started to lecture me on the care of my animals. Their service has NO impact on my issues what so ever. Technician was a real creep! Stay away!!!!!
I got the creeps from this guy right from the get go. They did a horrible job and didn't even resolve my issue. I called their corp office which was another joke. STAY AWAY. Way over priced

"They'll attack you if you get close to their nest and let off a scent to tell the others to attack you. Very dangerous." "Call us when you find the nest" hmm.. if only there was someone i could pay a ridiculous amount of money to do that... someone who has the protective clothing and chemicals?
