So thankful for Britt! He came out to install a new pressure tank for us, as someone (who was NOT a licensed bonded plumber like Britt is) told us that it needed replaced. He did some diagnostics and verified that the tank was just fine. He could have gone with it and charged us more money to replace a perfectly fine tank, so the fact that he was truthful even when it meant less money for him is just awesome! Five star company, quick quotes and reasonable prices, got the work done quick, we had a water heater go out an he was able to show up that day and get the water warm again! Also has done some new construction for us and we have always been pleased working with Britt!
Britt deserves more than 5 stars! He has been at my home multiple times and I am always pleased with his work. I am doing a major house renovation and Britt has done ALL of the plumbing work needed. He installed a tub, fixtures with minimal/no direction and we LOVE how he chose to place the fixtures/etc and was meticulous to ensure things were square/straight/symmetrical. Next, he added a second valve and shower set up in the master shower for a DUAL SHOWER experience. This is AMAZING. Again, minimal/no direction needed and ... read more
