RecommendedI used to go to Rays grease lightning in Norway until they over tightened my drain plug and broke it off. Then charged me $300 for new oil pan. From now on I go to pro Tech. great service and knowledgeable people with fair prices. Grease lightening could learn something from them.
I manage an auto repair shop, and every time we have a customer bring in there vehicle for an oil change that has been to Protech previously we fight to get the oil filters off. Thread very lightly when visiting this shop as they seem to have no idea what they are doing. We currently just spent an hour getting an oil filter off that was install at this company. This is not just a one time deal it happens multiple times a month. Unfortunately I am unable to post the pictures of the oil filter but it was very unpleasant sight.

Last two times I went, big issues. This time they left the radiator cap off. I'm surprised it didn't fall off on the road. The time prior they spilled oil and needed to rince it off with a coffee can full of water. Immediately after leaving, car started missing really bad and needed to change the coil pack. Either one of these could be an ... oops, or even a quiescence, but I'm not risking a third strike. Also I ordered a full service with high mileage oil.
