We had Protech install a mini split system to augment the cooling in our unit which had overheated during the summer due to the cooling load.
Protech has been great, I've been using them for about 7 years now and they always come through for me without a fuss and get whatever needs fixing taking care of without any drama. I just had them put a entire new system in my house and I couldn't be happier. All the guys are knowledgeable and professional and make sure you're satisfied when they're done. I even got a couple of follow-up calls to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.
First time I have used this company. I dealt with Rocco, Wayne and Sean and could not be more impressed. I intend to use them all the time and cancel my other agreements. Nice, knowledgeable, willing and so competent. They are coming back to do the actual work but they at least diagnosed the issue and I feel quite certain they will do an outstanding job.
Came out quickly and diagnosed the problem right away. After a short wait for the part to be delivered, they came out the next day and were done within the hour. Technicians were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!
Our dryer vent needed cleaning and they did a good job and were very prompt.
