Robbie and his crew at Pro Tech came through in the clutch during a brutal heat wave a few weeks ago to install a new unit for us and get our A/C working again. They worked hard to get us taken care of quickly and were polite and professional throughout. Robbie even came back to help get the new apps installed and make sure the new unit was online and working properly. He also helped us look into exercising our home warranty. They really went above and beyond and I highly recommend them!

BEWARE of this company I payed 1500 dollars to have them fix my ac they came out and fixed it and didn't even last a month I called them they came out and said it needed the same thing they done before and wanted to charge me another 1500 dollars they wouldnt back there labor at all although they messed it up I called another company and found out they didn't do the job right the first time they rigged it up to fail so they could get more money or sell a new unit. I highly recommend ProTech. They were recommended to me by another HVAC company because ProTech services geothermal systems. It was a pleasure to work with Robbie, who was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and honest with me. Further, this was an after hours call. I will contact ProTech and Robbie for all future HVAC work. We had an HVAC system issue and initially called another company. They diagnosed what they thought was the issue and said I needed a new system. I called Protech to get a second opinion. Robbie came out the next day, diagnosed the issue correctly, replaced the needed part right then with one he had on his truck, and had the house cooling back down in no time!
