Protech converted my BBQ to gas. The technician was on time, efficient, friendly and helpful. I believe that the conversion was done safely and to code. I would use this company again for any gas fitting or plumbing needs.
Had appointment to replace old direct vent furnace the technician was great he fixed my old unit saving me tons of money. Highly recommend this company.
I got a bbq and patio heater line installed at my home with them. Their quoting process is very straightforward and aligns with their final quote. They were on time for their appointment and were extremely professional thru the entire process. City of Calgary inspection was booked by them as well and got a the actual inspection + sign off done within a few days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about it!
TL;DR: They go extra mile in what they do and they are very reasonable. We used Protech repeatedly on projects throughout the pandemic renovations. I am happy to say that I will use them for any future work coming, no questions asked.
