On July 24th we called and talked with Mike who scheduled our appointment. He was very professional and kind. It was so nice talking to a live person instead of a machine. I immediately felt comfortable with Protech coming to our home. We had contacted other companies and had a company come out for an estimate only. I didn’t feel comfortable until i called Protech. Called these guys back in 2019 for a torsion spring repair. I had a new garage installed by another company and the right pulley un wound back in June 2026. Called these guys because my right pulley un wound again within a month and I didnt want to go back to garage to the original installer. Moe and Leo came over and fixed it. We have been using Protech for several years and could not be happier. Moe and Leo are quick, efficient and always professional. They replaced the springs and a hinge as well as tuned up the door so it would work perfectly. I would highly recommend them for your garage door needs.
