Late yesterday afternoon, our garage door malfunctioned and would not open. After making numerous attempts to realign the sensors, tinker with the cables and springs, activate the wall control panel and manipulate the remotes, all which would not work to correct the problem, I gave up. Today, I called Protech Garage Doors LLC and requested assistance. We are very impressed with Moe and Protech Garage Doors. Moe came out a couple hours after we called and had our garage fixed at time of visit. He was professional and explained how the garage door works. We will use this company for future use. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Five star rating.
