I have been a loyal customer for 5 years! Mike is super friendly, knowledgeable and fast. He has a very fast response time, no hassle fast appointment scheduling and he completes the job fast and efficiently. I will always call him if I have any issues. He replaced the entire spring at one point and fixed my sensors recently.

Protech Garage Doors is the kind of company you want on your side when things go wrong. After a community power outage, my main garage door refused to open and I needed it fixed today, not next week. I recently replaced the hinges and rollers on my roll up door but no matter what I did it still sounded horrible.l finally decided to call for some professional help and remembered that a few years back I had a spring break and the company I called was prompt,courteous, reasonable and very professional and thank goodness they left a sticker on my door.I called them in the morning and they were there by 1:30 (l couldn't do that morning but it was offered) and they called before arriving. This company came put in a pinch maybe a few years back when my garage door gave out snapped in the middle of the night and they came through fixed it an installed a brand new system, and two years later I heard a loud clicking and they came by in an hour from Eastvale to Jurupa Valley and found a hinge that fell off.
