Protech Garage Doors was fantastic to work with. They were flexible in scheduling, which made it really easy to set up an appointment. When I realized I had bought the wrong keypad, they actually went to Home Depot themselves to get the correct one—above and beyond! They were patient and kind while helping me set up the app on my phone, too. I’ve used them for both my home and my parents’, and I’d definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Here is the English translation: I am so touched. This company’s service is incredibly professional. Before the engineer arrived, they called me twice to confirm everything, and then he arrived at my home exactly on time. The engineer who helped us, Mike, quickly and accurately identified that the problem with our garage door was an aging spring. Moe did an excellent job adding new seals and tuning everything up. He even came out on a Saturday during the rain and was very pleasant and kind. I will be a returning customer for sure.

Mo and Leo did a great job installing my garage door opener. Had an old one that stopped working, Mo and Leo installed the new one in about 30 minutes. Very nice guys and they do great work.
